Pickup Assistance (Limited & Optional)
TechBros may offer optional pickup assistance for select products and brands on a case-by-case basis.
This service:

Is free only within the UAE, if approved

Covers transport only — not customs duties, clearance fees, or shipping outside the UAE
Any additional fees imposed by third parties remain the customer’s responsibility.
Service Timeframes
Repair timelines differ by brand, issue, parts availability, and manufacturer location.
Most service centers quote 3–14 business days, but delays may occur and are outside TechBros’ control.
All updates will be provided directly by the service center managing your case.
