  • Pickup and drop-off within the UAE, if arranged, is free of charge.

  • Any customs duties, import/export taxes, or additional clearance fees beyond transport costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Service Timeframe:
Manufacturer service timelines vary depending on the product and issue. Repairs generally take between 3 to 14 business days. Updates will be provided by the service center handling your case.
