Trade-in terms
- Our offer is sent to you on WhatsApp and is valid for 7 days. The final price is set when we inspect your iPhone.
- We pay for delivery to collect your iPhone. If you don't accept our final offer, we return it free of charge, unless its condition is different from what you told us on WhatsApp: then you pay for delivery back to you.
- You must be 18 or over and the owner of the iPhone. We take a copy of your Emirates ID or passport, and you sign a short ownership declaration.
- Find My iPhone must be off and the iPhone removed from your Apple ID. We don't accept iPhones that are reported lost or stolen, blacklisted, on an instalment plan or locked to a carrier.
- Back up your data before you visit. We factory-reset every iPhone we buy and are not responsible for data left on it.
- Store credit is added to your TechBros customer account, can be used on future orders and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash is paid at the cash price we offered, in store or by the method we agree with you on WhatsApp.
- The iPhone becomes TechBros' property once you accept the offer and are paid. TechBros may decline any trade-in.
- Trade-in is available in the UAE only: we collect, inspect and pay in the UAE.

How do you work out the price?
Send us the model, storage, condition and photos on WhatsApp, and we reply with an offer in store credit and in cash. We confirm the final price when we check your iPhone in store, and you can say no.
Store credit or cash: what's the difference?
Store credit is worth more. It's added to your TechBros account, and you can use it at checkout on techbros.ae when you're signed in. Cash is a lower amount, paid in store or by the method we agree with you on WhatsApp.
How do I hand over my iPhone?
We collect it for free anywhere in the UAE, or you can bring it to our Dubai store. We arrange it with you on WhatsApp once you accept our offer, within 7 days.
What happens to my data?
Back up your iPhone and turn off Find My before you hand it over. We factory-reset every iPhone we buy.
Which iPhones do you accept?
iPhone 11 and newer. If yours has a cracked screen or a part that doesn't work, send us the request anyway: we can still make an offer.
